Holiday Inn Times Square

We loved the hotel's fantastic location—just a short walk to all the Broadway theaters! The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable, though a bit on the smaller side. The neighborhood felt safe and convenient. The elevator was a bit slow, but that was our only minor gripe. Overall, a great stay!

The rooms were clean but a bit on the small side. We appreciated the security team escorting us to our Uber at night, as there were some homeless people lingering outside—it made us feel safer. A special shout-out to Mr. Henry at the front desk, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay!

This hotel was in a perfect spot for my travels! I really appreciated being able to store my bags after checkout—such a convenient and thoughtful service.

What a fantastic location! We were pleasantly surprised by how peaceful it was—no sirens, traffic noise, or early morning waste trucks to disturb our sleep. The rooms are on the smaller side, but that didn’t bother us at all since we spent most of our time exploring the area anyway. A great stay overall!

The manager went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early at 11 AM when we arrived. Both the manager and the restaurant staff provided exceptional service—they truly exceeded our expectations!

What a fantastic location! Even though we booked three weeks ahead, the hotel was completely full by the time we arrived. But to our delight, we showed up around 1:30 PM and they already had our room ready—and on the 28th floor, no less! The views were amazing, and we couldn’t have asked for a smoother check-in.
